Using the Nubeso Mobile App

Prerequisites

  • Nubeso account created
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android)

Download the Mobile App

Install Nubeso from your device's app store: iOS: Search "Nubeso" in the Apple App Store, Android: Search "Nubeso" in Google Play Store, Download and install the app, Tap the Nubeso icon to launch. The mobile app syncs with your web account for seamless access anywhere.

Log In to Your Account

Sign in with your existing Nubeso credentials: Enter your email address, Enter your password, Tap "Sign In", Enable biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) for faster access. Your entire business data is now accessible from your phone.

Navigate the Mobile Dashboard

The mobile dashboard provides quick access to key features: Today's sales and revenue, Recent invoices and payments, Upcoming tasks and appointments, Quick actions (create invoice, log time, etc.), Navigation menu for all features. The mobile interface is optimized for on-the-go use.

Create and Send Invoices

Generate invoices from your phone: Tap "+" or "New Invoice", Select client from your contacts, Add line items from your product catalog, Set payment terms and due date, Preview the invoice, Send via email or SMS. Clients can pay directly from the mobile invoice.

Accept Mobile Payments

Process payments anywhere with mobile POS: Connect a mobile card reader (Stripe Terminal Mobile), Add items to cart using search or barcode scan, Process card, cash, or mobile wallet payments, Email or text receipt to customer. Perfect for events, deliveries, or pop-up locations.
