Track time for projects, convert hours to invoices, and manage team productivity.

Go to "Time Tracking" from the main navigation menu. You'll see a timer interface and a list of recent time entries. The dashboard shows total hours tracked this week/month.
Click "Start Timer" or the play button. Select the project and task you're working on. Add a brief description of the work. The timer begins tracking your time automatically.
For work already completed, click "Add Time Entry". Select the date the work was performed. Choose the project and task. Enter hours and minutes worked. Add detailed notes describing the work. Mark as billable or non-billable.
When creating or editing time entries, toggle the "Billable" switch on. Set the billable rate (hourly rate or fixed amount). Billable time can be directly converted to invoices. Non-billable time is tracked separately for internal reporting.
View your time entries in list or calendar view. Edit entries to: Correct times, Update descriptions, Change billable status, Reassign to different projects. All changes create an audit trail.
Create timesheets for: Individual team members, Specific projects, Date ranges. Export timesheets as PDF or Excel. Timesheets show: Total hours, Billable vs. non-billable breakdown, Value of billable time.
Select billable time entries for a client. Click "Create Invoice from Time". Nubeso automatically generates an invoice with: Line items for each time entry or grouped by task, Descriptions from time notes, Calculated amounts based on hourly rates. Review and send the invoice.
Access time tracking reports showing: Total hours by team member, Project time allocation, Billable vs. non-billable ratios, Revenue from billable hours, Team productivity trends.
