Setup for Healthcare Practices

Enable Healthcare Mode

Select "Healthcare" or "Medical Practice" as your business type in Settings. This activates healthcare-specific features: Patient management with privacy controls, Appointment scheduling, Insurance billing, Treatment plans and medical notes, Prescription tracking, HIPAA-compliant file storage. The interface is optimized for medical workflows.

Configure HIPAA Compliance Settings

Set up privacy and security measures: Enable encryption for all patient data, Set up access controls and user permissions, Configure audit logs for data access, Implement automatic logout after inactivity, Require strong passwords and 2FA for all staff, Set up Business Associate Agreements (BAA). Nubeso provides HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.

Add Providers and Staff
