In Settings > Business Information, select "Real Estate" as your business type. This unlocks specialized features: Property listings with photos and details, Lead management and pipeline tracking, Client matching with properties, Commission calculations, Transaction coordination, Open house scheduling. The real estate mode optimizes your interface for property sales, rentals, and management.
Navigate to Properties > Add Listing. For each property, enter comprehensive details: Property address and location, Property type (single-family, condo, commercial, land), Listing type (sale, rent, lease), Price or rent amount, Square footage, Number of bedrooms and bathrooms, Year built, Lot size, Property features (pool, garage, fireplace, etc.), HOA information. Upload high-quality photos showcasing the property. Write compelling property descriptions highlighting key selling points.
Set up tracking for where leads come from: Website inquiries, Zillow/Realtor.com integration, Social media ads, Referrals from past clients, Walk-ins and phone calls, Open house sign-ins. Tag each lead with its source to measure marketing ROI. Configure automatic lead assignment to agents based on territory, specialization, or rotation.
Create a visual pipeline for lead progression: New Lead (just entered system), Contacted (initial outreach made), Qualified (budget and needs confirmed), Showing Scheduled, Offer Made, Under Contract, Closed/Won or Lost. Customize stages to match your sales process. Set automated reminders for follow-ups at each stage.
Add all agents to the system with detailed profiles: Full name and contact information, Photo and bio, Specializations (residential, commercial, luxury), Licensed territories, Commission structure, Active listings assigned. Agents can manage their own leads, showings, and transactions.
Configure commission structures for different transaction types: Sales commission percentages (buyer side, seller side), Rental/lease commission terms, Referral fee agreements, Team splits and broker fees.
